Beyonce Giselle Knowles was born in the year 1981 on 4th of September. She was born and raised in Houston Texas where she was introduced to singing at a young age, she enrolled in dancing and singing competitions at a tender age. Beyonce Knowles came into the fame light in the later nineteen nineties where she was the lead singer in a popular all girls group known as the destiny’s child. Destiny’s child was in the top of the charts for many years, it made her popular being the lead singer in that group.

While still in the group destiny’s child, Beyonce Knowles recorded and released a solo debut album known as dangerously in love which went ahead to become one of the most successful albums to be sold that particular year. Songs in that album such as crazy in love, naughty boy and baby boy were able to win five awards for Beyonce at the Grammy award ceremony in the year 2004. In the year of 2005, the group destiny’s child broke up for the pursuit of solo careers but this did not stop Beyonce as she went ahead to release her second album named the B’day. Hit songs from the album B’day such as irreplaceable, déjà vu and beautiful liar went straight to the top on the billboard chat.

In the year 2008, Beyonce yet again released her third album named I am… Sasha fierce which had hit songs like if I were a boy, hello, single ladies and sweet dreams. Beyonce is one of the only two female artists with the most number one hit songs in the hot 100 list in the year 2000. This success in her music career has made Beyonce one of the most marketable artists in the industry. Beyonce has expanded her music career to include product endorsement of different products from different companies. Beyonce has also venture into the film industry whereby, she first appeared on the screens in 2001 in the film Carmen. Her acting career grew to the point that she played the lead character in the film Dream girls in 2006 which enabled her to scoop two golden nominees.

Beyonce Knowles also came up as a business person when she launched her family’s fashion cloth line named house of Dereon. Beyonce is also listed as one of the most influential and top paid celebrities in the world. Beyonce is also well known for funding numerous children program whereby through her songs, she is able to create awareness as well as raising funds for children that are suffering all over the world either in hunger or different types of disease. Due to this, Beyonce Knowles is the ambassador of the world’s children’s day program.
